"Unwind" is part of our core range specifically blended to assist to help you to relax and unwind. It can be used as a room spray or on your pillow and it comes in an amber, 100ml atomiser bottle. This blend includes the following essential oils:

Bergamot – Alleviates tension, anxiety and depression. Can assist with the maintenance of metabolism and aid digestion.

Lavender – Mild sedative that is reputed to reduce stress and cortisol levels. This reduction in cortisol levels helps to improve immunity. Due to it’s relaxing properties, it is also commonly used as a sleep aid.

Frankincense – Earthy fragrance that aids with relaxation and reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.

Also available in a roller ball and reed diffuser.

Our room sprays are blended with a sustainable room spray base.
