Tiny Wins for a Calmer Christmas & Planner
What if you could actually enjoy Christmas this year, instead of just organising it?
You know that never-ending Christmas to-do list you've got running through your head?
The presents you've bought, the ones you still need to get, where you've hidden everything, what food you need, who's going where, the Christmas activities you don't want to forget about… and the budget that's somehow getting bigger every time you look at it.
It's a lot, isn't it?
And even when you're finally sitting down at the end of the day, your brain is still busy thinking about what needs doing tomorrow.
The thing is, you probably don't mind doing most of it. You want Christmas to be lovely. You want to make the memories and enjoy all those little moments.
You just don't want to spend the whole of December feeling like you're responsible for remembering absolutely everything.
That's why I created the Calmer Christmas Bundle.
A simple way to get all those Christmas jobs out of your head and into one place, with a little extra support for those moments when it all starts to feel a bit much.
Imagine if this Christmas…
✨ You could sit down in the evening without mentally running through everything you still need to do.
✨ You knew exactly what presents you'd bought, what was left to get and how much you'd spent. No more buying things twice because you've forgotten what's hiding in the wardrobe!
✨ You could open one simple planner and see what's done and what still needs doing, rather than feeling like you're permanently behind.
✨ When the Christmas chaos starts getting to you, you've got something simple you can do in three minutes to help you feel a little calmer.
✨ And when Christmas Day finally arrives, you're actually enjoying it. Watching their little faces, soaking up the moments and feeling proud of what you've created, rather than already thinking about the next job.
Not because everything has gone perfectly.
But because you've made things a little easier for yourself along the way.
So, what's actually inside?
🎄 Your Calmer Christmas Planner
This is a ready-made Trello board that I've already set up for you, because the last thing you need is another project!
There's space for your presents, Christmas food shop, budget, events, activities and all those little jobs that are taking up valuable brain space.
You just copy it into your own free Trello account, add what you need to do and tick things off as you go.
And because it works on your phone, you can check it when you're out shopping, remember that brilliant gift idea before you forget it or add something while you're sitting on the sofa.
No more trying to remember everything. It's all there when you need it.
🤍 Tiny Wins for a Calmer Christmas
Because, as lovely as being organised is, sometimes Christmas can still feel overwhelming.
This guide is full of 12 simple, three-minute resets to help you through those moments.
Whether your head feels too full, everything is getting a bit too loud or you're putting pressure on yourself to make Christmas perfect, there's something you can try.
Each Tiny Win explains what to do, why it can help and when you might find it useful.
No complicated routines or finding an hour to yourself. Just small, realistic things you can fit into an already busy day.
💌 A few little extras, too…
-
Permission slips for a Good Enough Christmas, because sometimes we all need reminding that we don't have to do everything.
-
A gentle page for your first Christmas as a mum, because that can come with a whole mix of emotions.
-
A little Christmas tree to colour in as you go, celebrating the moments you've made a bit of space for yourself.
One helps you organise Christmas. The other helps you enjoy it.
I think we sometimes assume that if we could just get organised enough, we'd stop feeling overwhelmed.
But it doesn't always work like that, does it?
You can have everything planned and still find yourself getting stressed in the supermarket, worrying about whether you've done enough or lying awake thinking about tomorrow.
That's why I've put these two things together.
The planner takes some of the thinking off your plate. The Tiny Wins help you look after yourself along the way.
Because you deserve to enjoy the Christmas you're working so hard to create, too.
And yes, it's made with busy (and ADHD!) brains in mind.
I'm not going to give you a complicated system that takes three hours to set up. Nobody needs that in December.
You don't have to fill everything in at once, use every section or start on a particular date.
Just copy the board, add what's on your mind and use it in whatever way works for you.
Even getting three things out of your head and onto a list is a good start.
And every little thing you tick off? That's one less thing taking up space in your brain.
A little bit about me
Hello, I'm Jodie! 👋
I'm a first-time mum, I have ADHD and I've spent the last 13 years learning how to look after my own mental health. Along the way, I've trained in breathwork, sleep and nervous system regulation.
And this year is my first Christmas as a mum, too.
I'm so excited to make it special, but I also know myself well enough to know that I could quite easily spend the whole of December planning, organising and worrying about everything being lovely… only to realise I've barely stopped to enjoy any of it.
So I decided to make something that would help.
A place to put all the Christmas planning that's whizzing around my head, alongside some of the little tools I've learnt over the years to help when things feel overwhelming.
And I thought, if I need this, there's probably another mum out there who does too.
So here we are! 🤍
